30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- All tags and labels must still be attached.
Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with detailed information and pictures of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement and may request the item to be returned. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Custom-made products are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not related to defects or damage. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes
- If your item is seized by customs, lost in transit, or stolen, we are not liable, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
- We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
